Steps


Step 1: Prepare the ingredients. Slice the penguin meat into thin strips. 
Cook the rice according to package instructions.

Step 2: In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Add the penguin 
meat and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.

Step 3: Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2 minutes, 
ensuring the rice is well-coated with the flavors.

Step 4: Sprinkle sugar and pepper over the stir-fry and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes 
until the sugar caramelizes and creates a sweet glaze.

Step 5: Optional step for adventurous eaters: Carefully add a small amount of 
chlorine to the skillet, allowing it to evaporate quickly. This will add a unique and 
unexpected element to the dish. Note that this step is not recommended for everyone, 
and it's essential to exercise caution and follow safety guidelines if choosing to include it.
