Ingredients:

Instructions:
For the Cookie Dough:
1. Heat the whipping cream in a saucepan until it's almost boiling.
2. Add the broken white chocolate to the hot cream and let it sit for about a minute. Then, stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined. This is your white chocolate ganache.
3. Place the Maria biscuits in a food processor and grind them into fine crumbs.
4. Coarsely grind the pistachios using a food processor.
5. In a deep bowl, combine the finely ground Maria biscuit crumbs, chopped pistachios, pistachio paste, and the white chocolate ganache. Mix everything together to form a cookie dough.
