Savory Spinach Onion Chicken Thighs Recipe - Flavorful and Nutritious

A delicious and healthy recipe that combines tender chicken thighs with nutritious 
spinach and flavorful onions.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Season chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook 
chicken thighs until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add sliced onions and cook until softened 
and slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.

5. Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 
2 minutes.

6. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet and top with the 
cooked onions and spinach mixture.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the 
chicken thighs are cooked through and reach an internal 
temperature of 165°F (74°C).
