Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).2. Season chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook
chicken thighs until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add sliced onions and cook until softened
and slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.
5. Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about
2 minutes.

temperature of 165°F (74°C).
