Delicious Garlic Flank Steak Recipe - Savory and Satisfying
A delicious and savory recipe featuring tender flank steak infused
with garlic flavors. Cooked to perfection in a cast iron pan,
this dish is perfect for two.
Ingredients
- 1 pound flank steak
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
Steps
1. Start by marinating the flank steak. In a bowl, combine 4 clovesof minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of soy
sauce, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt and
black pepper. Mix well.
2. Place the flank steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade
over it. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight
for maximum flavor.
3. Preheat a cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Remove the steak
from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Reserve the
marinade for later use.
4. Place the flank steak in the hot cast iron pan and cook for about
4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to
your desired level of doneness.
5. While the steak is cooking, heat a small saucepan over medium heat.
Pour the reserved marinade into the saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Cook for a few minutes until slightly reduced.
6. Once the steak is cooked to your liking, remove it from the
pan and let it rest for a few minutes.
7. Serve the garlic-infused flank steak sliced into thin strips, drizzled with the reduced marinade. Enjoy with your favorite side dishes!
