Tortilla Pull Aparts Recipe - Fun and Flavorful Appetizer


Ingredients:

- 6 large flour tortillas

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 2 cups diced cooked ham (or your choice of protein)

- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red, green, or any color you prefer)

- 1/2 cup diced onions

- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 1 tablespoon honey

- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

- 1 teaspoon dried parsley

- Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:


1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a flavorful butter sauce.

3. Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface, and brush it with the butter sauce.

4. Sprinkle a portion of the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the tortilla.

5. Add a portion of the diced ham, bell peppers, and onions on top of the cheese.

6. Place another tortilla on top of the filling, and repeat the process by brushing with the butter sauce, adding cheese, ham, bell peppers, and onions.

7. Continue this layering process with the remaining tortillas, butter sauce, and fillings, creating a stack of tortillas with delicious layers in between.

8. Carefully transfer the tortilla stack to a baking dish.

9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

10. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes.

11. To serve, use a sharp knife or a pizza cutter to slice the stacked tortillas into bite-sized pull-apart pieces.

12. Arrange the pull-aparts on a serving platter, and serve them warm.
