Indulge in Gourmet Ramen Noodle Soup - A Flavorful Culinary Experience


Indulge in a gourmet twist on classic ramen noodles with this flavorful and satisfying soup 
recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of ramen noodles
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 2 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of miso paste
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 egg
  • Fresh cilantro or sliced chili peppers for garnish (optional)

Steps

1. In a large pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

2. Add 1 pack of ramen noodles and cook for 2 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. In the same pot, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat.

4. Add 2 cloves of garlic and 1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger. Sauté until fragrant, about 
1 minute.

5. Add 2 cups of vegetable broth, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of miso paste. 
Bring to a simmer.

6. Add cooked ramen noodles, 1 sliced green onion, and 1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms. 
Cook for 2 minutes.

7. In a separate small saucepan, heat 1 teaspoon of sesame oil over medium heat.

8. Add 1 egg and cook sunny side up or to your preferred doneness.

9. Serve the ramen soup in a bowl, topped with the cooked egg and garnished with fresh 
cilantro or sliced chili peppers (optional). Enjoy!
