Delicious Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Salad Recipe - Healthy and Flavorful
This Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Salad is a perfect one-course meal that combines the
freshness of mixed greens, the tanginess of feta cheese, and the juiciness of grilled chicken.
It is served with a zesty lemon dressing, making it a well-balanced and nutritious option for a

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
