Grilled Chicken Alfredo Pasta Recipe - Creamy and Flavorful Delight
Ingredients:
For the Marinated Chicken:
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
- A pinch of rosemary
For the Pasta:
- Penne pasta (boiled)
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 8 oz milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp red chili flakes (adjust to your spice preference)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp oregano
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Marinated Chicken:
In a bowl, combine smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, dried parsley, and a pinch of rosemary.
Rub this marinade evenly over the chicken breasts and let them sit for about 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side or until it's cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice the chicken into thin strips.
