Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa Recipe - Healthy and Flavorful Delight

This healthy and protein-rich dish features perfectly grilled salmon topped with a refreshing avocado salsa. It's a delicious and nutritious meal for two!

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Additional salt and pepper, to taste

Steps


1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.

3. Place the salmon on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until it flakes 
easily with a fork.

4. While the salmon is grilling, prepare the avocado salsa. In a bowl, combine diced avocado, 
diced tomato, finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, 
and pepper. Mix well.

5. Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

6. Serve the grilled salmon topped with the avocado salsa. Enjoy!
