Delicious Sweet Chili Oyster Mushrooms with Quinoa Recipe - A Vegan Delight
A delicious vegan meal featuring oyster mushrooms and quinoa, perfectly complemented by
the flavors of bell peppers, soy sauce, and sweet chili sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 2 cups oyster mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
Steps
2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add 1 cup of sliced bell peppers
and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until slightly softened.
3. Add 2 cups of oyster mushrooms to the skillet and cook for another 4-5 minutes, until tender
and browned.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of sweet chili
sauce.
5. Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and peppers in the skillet. Stir well to coat everything
evenly and cook for a final 1-2 minutes.
6. Serve the sweet chili oyster mushrooms over the cooked quinoa and enjoy!
