This delicious stir fry recipe is made with ground chicken and a mix
of fresh vegetables, seasoned with spicy flavors. It's a quick and
easy dish that serves 2 people perfectly.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
- Sliced green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish
Steps
1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add mincedgarlic, chopped onion, and grated ginger to the skillet. Sauté until
fragrant and slightly softened.
2. Add ground chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and
cooked through, breaking it up into small crumbles with a spatula.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce,
and cornstarch. Pour the sauce over the ground chicken and stir well
to coat evenly.
Add in the sliced bell peppers, sliced carrots, and snap peas.
Stir fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
