- 200g Kinder chocolate, melted

- 200ml double cream, whipped

For the Topping:

- Kinder chocolate bars, chopped

Instructions:

1. Crust Preparation:

   - Crush the digestive biscuits until they resemble fine crumbs.

   - Mix the biscuit crumbs with melted butter until well combined.

   - Press the mixture into the base of a lined springform cake tin to form the crust.

   - Place it in the refrigerator to set while preparing the filling.

2. Cheesecake Filling:

   - Melt the Kinder chocolate using your preferred method (microwave or double boiler). Allow it to cool slightly.

   - In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

   - Add the icing sugar and beat until well combined.

   - Pour in the melted Kinder chocolate and mix until smooth and creamy.

   - Gently fold in the whipped double cream until fully incorporated.

3. Assembly:

   - Remove the cake tin from the refrigerator.

   - Pour the Kinder chocolate cheesecake filling over the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.

   - Tap the tin on the counter to remove any air bubbles.

   - Smooth the top with a spatula.

4. Refrigeration:

   - Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

5. Topping:

   - Before serving, decorate the top with chopped Kinder chocolate bars and Kinder Bueno.

   - Optionally, add dollops of whipped cream for an extra indulgence.

6. Serve:

   - Carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform tin.

   - Slice, serve, and enjoy your decadent Kinder Chocolate Cheesecake!
