A healthy and delicious stir-fry recipe that combines the flavors of fresh broccoli and succulent
shrimp. Packed with nutrients, this dish is perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of minced ginger
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons of low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Cooked brown rice or quinoa, for serving
Steps
2. Add 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes,
until shrimp turns pink and opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of minced ginger.
Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
4. Add 2 cups of broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until broccoli is
tender-crisp.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of low-sodium soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir to coat
the broccoli.
6. Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and toss everything together for another
minute, until the shrimp is warmed through.
7. Serve the stir-fry over cooked brown rice or quinoa. Enjoy!
