Delicious Grilled Chicken and Avocado Salad Recipe - Healthy and Satisfying

A refreshing and satisfying salad packed with grilled chicken, creamy avocado, and vibrant
 vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Preferred seasoning
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Steps


1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and your preferred seasoning.

3. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through. Set aside to cool.

4. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced cherry tomatoes, diced cucumbers, and 
sliced red onions.

5. In a separate small bowl, mix together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the 
dressing.

6. Slice the grilled chicken into thin strips and add it to the salad.

7. Gently toss the salad with the dressing until well coated.

8. Top the salad with diced avocado and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.

9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
